I, some years ago I was helping Daphne with some research and I looked into the background of the domain registered as josephmuscat.com; and I had found that registrant of that domain that is the person on who the domain is actually registered was somebody called Jonathan Cardona. The name wasn’t familiar to me at the time. He became familiar later because Jonathan Cardona is actually CEO of Identity Malta, and he is the Jonathan Cardona named in those emails which you have been discussing today.

The registrant name on josephmuscat.com is no longer visible. It is masked by arrangement with the domain registrar. It can no longer be seen. Somewhere in my records I have a screenshot of Jonathan Cardona’s name.
